With over 15 years of experience in education, healthcare, and social services, Fawzi Belal is dedicated to advancing social justice, equity, inclusion, and belonging. As the founder of Liberatory Innovation Consulting, he helps organizations integrate equity into their strategies, prioritize underserved communities, and achieve measurable progress.
Grounded in humanism, Fawzi focuses on actionable frameworks and sustainable solutions that address systemic inequities. His work has driven policy reforms, expanded access to education, and enhanced belonging and employee retention programs for underrepresented groups.
A collaborative leader with a Master’s in Human Services specializing in Organizational Development and Leadership, Fawzi is also a certified leadership coach and fluent in English, French, and Arabic. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, soccer, outdoor activities, and advocating for social justice through volunteer work on several Washington state boards.
